Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO.                  
214 An Act making appropriations for the operating expenses of the             
state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and                    
providing for an effective date.  Without objection, the bill was              
referred to the Health, Education and Social Services and Finance              
Committees.
